Throughout his career, Eric has led domestic and international teams across finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, treasury, and operational performance management. He has extensive experience building and strengthening financial organizations, improving reporting and data visibility, and supporting companies through periods of growth and transformation.
