Brett Feldes was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Water in April 2026. With more than 35 years of experience in the industrial, marine, and oilfield cleaning services industry, including waste disposal and wastewater treatment solutions, Brett brings a deep understanding of operations and customer needs to the industries Spectrum Water serves. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across the Gulf Coast region, including as one of the principal founders of Wastewater Specialties and AFCO 360, along with other principally founded companies.
As CEO, Brett combines proven leadership, industry expertise, and long-standing relationships to guide Spectrum Water into its next phase of growth. Under his direction, the company is building on its strong foundation of personnel expertise, hands-on experience and rapid response solutions while expanding service line capabilities, strengthening team support, and delivering reliable dewatering, matting, carbon, waste disposal, and wastewater treatment solutions across the industries it serves.
