Josh Chapman was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer position in 2018. As one of the initial employees of Spectrum Water Technology, he was instrumental in growing the business to its current state. With over twenty years of wastewater treatment expertise, Josh is well known in the industry for his innovative problem-solving skills.
Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from Louisiana State University. Josh’s leadership revolves around building out a strong team based on work ethic, problem solving, character and competency. His approach is to always offer the customer the most appropriate and effective solution, and to always deliver what we promise. Josh’s motto is that “there is always a solution.”
